EB-2 Visa Permanent Resident Visa for Work with Sponsoring Company
Residence for sponsored employment
The Green Card process for professional sponsorship for US permanent resident status consists of three steps:
Labor Certification
Immigration Visa Application
Adjustment of Status / consular processing
In this process, an employer who has a job offer for which qualified workers are not available in the United States, may apply for a foreign national. This process requires the candidate to obtain a labor certification and job offer from a sponsoring company.
Also, depending on the profession, the candidate may need to obtain a license in the United States to practice their profession.
EB2 requires an advanced degree or its equivalent. At the same time, the EB3 is a professional visa for candidates with a bachelor's degree, skilled workers with at least 2 years of experience in the field or unskilled workers.
The process has many stages and requires the employer to obtain a wage determination and labor certification before submitting the visa application.

In this case, after the employer completes the wage determination and labor certification steps, USCIS will first review the US employment-based visa application. After the approval of the EB-2/EB-3, the beneficiary and his family will obtain permanent residence and a Green Card valid for 10 years. After 5 years of permanent residence, if all the requirements are met, the resident can apply for US citizenship.
